While the kids have been off track I have been trying to find activities for them to do. One of my favorites turned out to be swimming at the Herriman Rec. Center. It is a new facility, built in the last year or two. The kids absolutely loved it! We went with the kids' friends and they had a great time!

The older kids spent most of their time on what they called "Wipe-Out for Kids." They were logs and lily pads tethered to the floor but they moved easily. The kids would try to jump from one to the next without falling off.

They also loved the big water slide, the whirlpool and the lazy river. Jackson decided he was brave enough to try the Nemo slide right before we had to leave. He thought it was great! There was a stream of water shooting at the top of the slide and it made Jackson nervous everytime he climbed up. He doesn't like getting splashed. But, he loved the slide and found if he went down on his tummy, feet first it wasn't too bad.
We will definitely have to do this again!
