I got Jeremy this guitar for his first birthday after we got married. When we were dating he would often pull out the guitar at his parent's house and play around with it. I thought it was such a creative, thoughtful gift. However, since that first year, on average he gets it out once a year--right around Christmas time. He play through several Christmas songs and then puts it away for another year. The kids love it when he gets out the guitar. They like to play it with him. He may not play it all the time but it has become part of our family traditions so I guess it was a good gift.
