Joining the Ranks

So, we have now joined the rest of our neighbors in having our front walkway redone. The sidewalk was sinking due to settling and so it was cracking all over. We could see the settling in the grass and Jeremy even pulled back a bunch of the grass and added more dirt underneath but when we did that we could see space under our walkway where the dirt was settling below the concrete. Apparently, this is a fairly common problem in the neighborhood. We have seen quite a few of our neighbors walkways looking like this. In a few days they will come pour new cement and hopefully make things more even.
