Happy Birthday, Holly!

Although we had Holly's party on Friday night, her actual birthday was on Saturday. So, we opened presents from the family on Saturday morning. Holly also had a special request for her birthday. She wanted to eat at Olive Garden. Ever since she watched the Olive Garden being built Holly has wanted to eat there. We have been a little hesitant since our kids don't do well at restaurants, but we told Holly that we would take her for her birthday. We decided to go at lunch time hoping to avoid crowds and the more expensive dinner menu. Surprisingly enough the kids did pretty well. Right when we sat down they brought out crayons for the kids to color on their menus and that kept them pretty occupied for quite a while. The kids decided that they loved it and would now like to go back. Someday . . .
Sunday we celebrated Holly's birthday with Grandma and Grandpa Snow and aunts and uncles. It was a full birthday weekend!
I keep telling Holly to stop growing up but she has informed me that she can't. I can't believe she is 6 already. They grow way too fast! We are so glad to have her in our family.
Happy Birthday, Holly!

Olive Garden? Yummy! She's got good taste. I miss the good restaurants. Although it's good for the old pocket book that we live out in the middle of nowhere and don't have access to Olive Garden or even McDonalds.
