Finish carpentry involves putting up the doors, casings, baseboards, closet organizers, window sills and the fireplace mantle. It is amazing to me how much doors and baseboards, etc. make everything feel more done. The carpenter was here all day yesterday and then finished up this morning. I was so impressed with how fast he got things done. The painter is supposed to be here tomorrow and that will really make a difference.
